Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the tr66 platform. By accessing or using any part of tr66, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older and legally permitted to engage in online gaming in your jurisdiction to use tr66.

One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one tr66 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.

Bonus Fair Use

All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements. Abuse or manipulation of bonus terms results in cancellation and may lead to account closure.

Licensed Platform

tr66 operates under international gaming authority licensing. All disputes are resolved under the framework of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tr66 ("tr66", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tr66 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services available at tr66.win.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager on tr66, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the tr66 platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

Important: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) tr66 account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If tr66 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended immediately and any funds therein may be forfeited pending investigation.

2.2 Account Information Accuracy

When registering for a tr66 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tr66 account credentials, including your username and password. tr66 will never request your password through any channel, including Live Chat, email, or WhatsApp. Any activity conducted through your tr66 account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you notify us immediately of unauthorised access.

2.4 Account Transferability

tr66 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or grant access to your tr66 account to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account suspension.

3. Age Verification & Know Your Customer (KYC)

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use tr66. This minimum age requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of their jurisdiction of residence. By creating a tr66 account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

21+ Only: Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. tr66 will suspend and close any account found to belong to a person under 21, and any funds held in such an account may be returned after deducting applicable administrative fees.

3.2 KYC Verification

tr66 is required under its international gaming authority licensing obligations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo identification document (MyKad, passport, or driving licence); proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within three months); and proof of payment method ownership.

3.3 Verification Timelines

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 72 hours of document submission. tr66 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until verification is complete. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification promptly after account registration to avoid delays when making withdrawal requests.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tr66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels: FPX bank transfer, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Touch n Go eWallet, and Boost. tr66 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the tr66 cashier interface at the time of each transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. tr66 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier, but reserves the right to extend processing times for security review purposes. tr66 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on tr66 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). tr66 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is not supported within the platform.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

tr66 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. tr66 reserves the right to request additional documentation as part of an AML review at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers provided by tr66 are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds conditions that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. These specific terms form part of these Terms and Conditions and must be read in conjunction with this section.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your tr66 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the bonus offer terms. Progress towards completing wagering requirements can be tracked from your account bonus dashboard.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

tr66 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend accounts where it reasonably suspects that a player or group of players is abusing the bonus system. Indicators of bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: placing opposing bets to hedge bonus wagering; using multiple accounts to claim single-use bonuses; coordinating bonus claims with third parties; and placing bets on excluded games or at odds below the minimum stated in bonus terms.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed or unused bonus offers will expire in accordance with the timeframe stated in the individual promotion terms. tr66 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on tr66 are subject to acceptance by the platform. tr66 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect odds display, where a bet is placed after an event has commenced without live betting being enabled, or where the bet would exceed the player's available balance.

6.2 Void Bets

Bets may be voided and stakes returned in circumstances including: event cancellation; technical malfunctions affecting game or odds integrity; clear pricing errors; and other circumstances as determined by tr66's trading team in good faith.

6.3 Live Casino Rules

Live casino games at tr66 are operated by licensed third-party providers. In the event of a dispute regarding a live casino game outcome, the result recorded by the game provider's server logs shall be treated as final and binding. tr66 is not responsible for connection interruptions experienced by the player during a live casino session.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

Single transaction and daily maximum withdrawal limits apply. Details of current limits are available within the tr66 cashier. tr66 reserves the right to apply maximum payout caps on specific games or markets as communicated within the relevant game interface.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tr66 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

  • Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players;
  • Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in any game or the platform itself — any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided;
  • Engaging in collusion with other players, particularly in live dealer games such as baccarat or poker;
  • Registering or operating multiple accounts, whether personally or through associates or proxies;
  • Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose;
  • Providing false or misleading identity or age information;
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of any tr66 platform component;
  • Engaging in conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward tr66 staff or other users.

tr66 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response to prohibited conduct: immediate account suspension; forfeiture of account balance; permanent account closure; referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the tr66 platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, game assets, text, graphics, interface designs, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of tr66 or its respective licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use tr66's intellectual property for any purpose other than using the platform as a registered player in accordance with these Terms.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, display, or transmission of any tr66 content, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tr66, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the tr66 platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits or winnings; loss of data; service interruptions; unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

tr66's total cumulative liability to any player in respect of any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tr66 provides the platform and its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10. Responsible Gaming

tr66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

  • Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
  • Session time alerts: Configure notifications to remind you how long you have been playing in a single session.
  • Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the tr66 platform via Live Chat. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the requested period.
  • Reality checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications displaying your net session result and time spent.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by tr66

tr66 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where tr66 reasonably suspects or determines that: these Terms have been breached; fraudulent or suspicious activity has occurred on the account; the account has been subject to a chargeback or dispute; or continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform.

11.2 Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your tr66 account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or email. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures prior to account closure. Account closure does not relieve you of any outstanding obligations to tr66.

11.3 Balance on Closure

Upon account closure in good standing (i.e., not resulting from a breach of these Terms), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to KYC verification requirements and applicable minimum withdrawal thresholds.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tr66 holds its international gaming authority licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through tr66's internal complaints process shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by the applicable licensing authority.

Before escalating any dispute to the licensing authority, players must first submit a formal complaint to tr66 via the support channels listed in Section 14. tr66 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

13. Amendments to These Terms

tr66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the tr66 platform prior to the change taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the tr66 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
